FEES & BOOKING
At OAK Therapy we provide one-of-a-kind speech language and feeding therapy,
consults, screenings, and comprehensive evaluations.
COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATIONS
To commence speech language and feeding therapy a comprehensive evaluation must be implemented. Comprehensive evaluations are performed to analyze your child’s speech language and feeding skills using quantitatively and qualitatively data, standardized assessments, and dynamic measures, design a plan of treatment, develop short-term goals (designed to be met within a 6-month period) and long-term objectives. Detailed and comprehensive reports are provided within 7-10 business days from the initial appointment. Translation to Spanish is available per your request. Please contact our staff to identify which evaluation would better support your child. The types of evaluations are:
RE EVALUATIONS
Every six to eight months, your child will be re-evaluated by our licensed speech language pathologists. This is done to monitor progress using quantitative/qualitative data, standardized assessments and/or dynamic measures. After performing the evaluation, your therapist will provide new recommendations, need for services, duration, and frequency of services, if needed. A re-evaluation report will be sent within 7-10 business days.
SPEECH AND LANGUAGE
THERAPY SESSIONS
Therapy frequency and duration will be recommended after the comprehensive evaluations. Each child is different, and they all have different strengths, and needs. Therefore, we will design a plan of care that will best support your child’s skills. Every six months we will implement an evaluation and we will recommend new therapy duration/frequency, if needed.

SCREENINGS
OAK Therapy provides 10-15min speech language and feeding screening measures to informally analyze your child’s skills. A screening does not comprehensively analyze your skills, it solely provides a pass or fail score. Should your child fail the screening, a comprehensive evaluation will be recommended. Should your child pass the screening, no further action is required. Screenings do not include a written report/note.
CONSULTATIONS
At OAK Therapy, we believe parents should play the MAIN role in supporting their child’s overall communication, play and feeding skills. Therefore, we designed one-of-a-kind consultations (60-minutes in length) to provide a short screening and provide parents tools to support their children at home. Consultations are interactive, and children are welcome to join. Consultations can be scheduled as a one-time session, once a month, or as needed/wanted.
